Main job responsibilities:Preside over the development strategy and annual work plan of the company's overseas business department and implement it after approval;Be fully responsible for the overall operation and management of the company's cross-border e-commerce business;

3. Establish and implement a robust management system of overseas business department according to the company's development needs, organize and carry out the construction of marketing team, and be responsible for the team target performance management ;

4. Lead the team to complete the expansion of new business and ensure the smooth implementation of the project;

5. Be responsible for exploring overseas brands and supplier resources, and opening up domestic and international online two-way sales channels;

6. Be responsible for foreign trade business communication and business negotiation, maintaining customer relations, controlling risk transaction, maintaining favorable rate and credit rate of the store, and improving various sales policies of the store.

7. Be responsible for the development, establishment, consolidation and expansion of foreign sales network and channels of import and export products.

8. Be proficient in import and export processes, have the ability to solve all kinds of unexpected problems in import and export operations and ensure smooth operation of import and export business;

9. Be responsible for team building, training and assessment of overseas business units, and improving the team's business capabilities.

Qualification:

1. The age ranges from 28 to 40 years old, and the age of those with excellent conditions can be relaxed; the gender is not limited;

2. Bachelor degree or above, be proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English is preferred as working language;

3. Be Familiar with cross-border e-commerce business, be proficient in the whole process and channels of foreign trade import and export operation, and being familiar with domestic e-commerce business process is preferred.

4. Have strong ability of market analysis, marketing and promotion, good interpersonal communication and coordination ability, ability to analyze and solve problems and have certain pressure bearing ability;

5. Have a sense of professionalism and responsibility, enterprising spirit and teamwork spirit, with good leadership and management skills, as well as good professional ethics.
